. Johann Heinrich IV, Count of Gorizia (* 1322 / 1323 ; † 17th March 1338 ) was a medieval Count of Gorizia , entstammend the house of my hardi African prince .

The only son of Count Heinrich III. and Beatrix von Niederbayern (1306-1330), daughter of Duke Stephan I , took up his paternal inheritance in Gorizia in 1323. Johann IV. Heinrich followed under the tutelage of his mother and his uncle in all titles and offices, but was never able to govern independently because of his early death.

He was married to Anna of Austria , daughter of the Roman-German anti- king, King Friedrich I, the handsome . Friedrich was related to the Meinhardins through his mother Elisabeth of Carinthia, Gorizia and Tyrol , a great cousin of Johann Heinrich. Since this marriage remained without descendants, the sons of his uncle Albert II , namely Albert III. , Heinrich V. and Meinhard VI. , Johann Heinrich's legacy. The tomb of Count Johann Meinhard IV is in the parish church in Rosazzo in Udine .
