Johann Jakob Motz

Johann Jakob Motz (* in the 18th century, † 1822 ) was from 1819 to 1820 the city mayor of the city of Ravensburg .

Life

Johann Jakob Motz, a Protestant Altwürttemberger, was the clerk and chief magistrate in Steusslingen . On April 25, 1807, he was appointed to Altdorf near Ravensburg due to a restriction . After being incorporated into Württemberg in 1806, Altdorf initially became the seat of the Oberamt. He then worked as an official and city clerk in Ravensburg.

In 1819 he was elected city school of Ravensburg. On May 3, 1820 Motz, who was described as stubborn, resigned from the mayor's office. He then worked again as an official and city clerk in Ravensburg.
