Alan Cemore

Alan Cemore (* 1958 in Wisconsin , USA ) is an American opera singer ( baritone ).

Life

As a child, Cemore was already on the theater stage and practically grew up with it. He successfully completed his vocal studies in Iowa and then studied in Frankfurt at the Musikhochschule and in Indiana .

Cemore made his debut at the Spoleto Festival in Charleston / USA. Countless appearances on the international stage followed, B. at the Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie Hall in New York and at the Festival of Perth in Australia . Appearances in Italy and Ireland also followed . In Germany, Cemore worked in Bremen and Saarbrücken , among others . He was also hired for radio and television productions.

From 2006 to 2011 Cemore was part of the ensemble of the Schleswig-Holstein State Theater . Since then he has lived with his family in Flensburg.

The ARD International Music Competition in Munich was one of the numerous singing competitions he was able to win .

Since the end of 2010 he has been an honorary American football coach for the Flensburg Sealords men's team.
