Johann Michael Feuchtmayer (the elder) (born April 17, 1666 in Wessobrunn (date of baptism), † October 15, 1713 in Konstanz ) was a German painter and engraver from the Feuchtmayer family , who is assigned to the Wessobrunn school . He was a brother of Franz Joseph Feuchtmayer (1660-1718) and Michael Feuchtmayer (* 1667).

To the work of JM Feuchtmayer d. Ä. belongs to the high altar painting of St. Idda in the Catholic parish church of St. Idda in Bauen (Switzerland), 1706. Together with his brother Franz Joseph he created sculptures for the choir stalls of the Einsiedeln monastery in Switzerland.
