Johann Stefan Wydżga
Jan Stefan Wydżga (* 1610 in Lemberg ; † September 7, 1685 ) was Archbishop of Gniezno and Primate of Poland .
Life
Jan Stefan Wydżga was appointed bishop of Lutsk on May 31, 1655 . It was consecrated on October 24, 1665 by the Archbishop of Gniezno (Gnesen) , Andrzej Leszczyński . Appointed Prince-Bishop of Warmia on August 18, 1859 , confirmed by Pope Alexander VII on November 10, 1959 , and installed on January 6, 1660. Appointed Archbishop of Gniezno on July 17, 1679, Vice Chancellor from 1675 and Grand Chancellor of the Crown of Poland from 1677 .
