Johann Wilhelm Chryselius
Johann Wilhelm Chryselius (* 1744 in Dresden ; † January 12, 1793 in Merseburg ) was a German builder and architect.
Life
Chryselius was a master builder in the Merseburg Abbey and in this function built several secular and sacred buildings. This includes:
- 1776 Extension and redesign of the spa facilities in Lauchstädt
- 1778 new church tower dome for the chapel in Knapendorf
- 1782 Zechsches Palais in Merseburg (attribution)
He also worked as a non-fiction author.
