Johannes Wallner
Johannes Wallner (born November 7, 1988 in Erfurt ) is a German chef.
Career
After training in Grömitz , Wallner went to the Zumnorde restaurant in Erfurt in 2010 . Then in 2011 he went to Zermatt to the Hotel Mirabeau and in 2012 to The Omnia Hotel with Patrick Weber, also in Zermatt. In 2014 he became sous chef in the Clara restaurant at Maria Groß's in the Kaisersaal in Erfurt.
From September 2015 he will be head chef at the Clara restaurant , which was again awarded a star in the Michelin Guide in 2016.
In August 2018, Wallner took over the kitchen management of the Anna restaurant in the Hotel Elephant .
