The John Glacier is a glacier in Queen Elizabeth Land, West Antarctica . In the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains it flows from the median snowfield along the north flank of the Hannah Ridge in a northwesterly direction.

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2010. It is named after the British geomorphologist Brian John, who worked on the Antarctic Peninsula and the sub-Antarctic islands from the 1960s to the 1980s .
