John Gilbert Barrett (born April 30, 1952 in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania ) is an American martial artist , stuntman and actor .

Life

John Barrett began training in various martial arts in 1972. He was trained by Chuck Norris in his Chun-Kok-Do style and has a 3rd Dan there . In the US American Martial Arts System, he has a 6th Dan.

He worked as a stuntman for various Chuck Norris films, such as The Dumb Monster , McQuade, the Wolf and Missing in Action 2 - The Return . After a few guest appearances, he made several martial arts films. 1991 appeared American Kickboxer - Blood Fighter with him as the leading actor.
