John Lax
John Charles Lax (born July 23, 1911 in Arlington , Massachusetts , † July 14, 2001 in Cambridge , Massachusetts) was an American ice hockey player .
Career
John Lax attended Boston University , where he played ice hockey and American football while studying . Following the 1936 Winter Games, he worked as a high school teacher. During World War II , he also served in the United States Air Force .
International
For the USA Lax took part in the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , where he and his team won the bronze medal.
