John Montague Stow
Sir John Montague Stow ( 1911 - March 16, 1997 ) was a Barbadian politician.
Career
Stow was governor of Barbados under the British crown from October 8, 1959. After gaining independence on November 30, 1966, he was appointed the first governor general. He remained in office until July 18, 1967.
