Jonah (Amorae)
R. Jonah was a fifth generation Amora in Palestine and lived and worked in the fourth century AD.
He was a student of Jirmeja and Hela .
Jona and Jose II were the heads of the Lehrhaus in Tiberias around 350 during the time of Ursicinus (since 351 general of Gallus , general and co-emperor of Constantius in the Orient). His son and successor was Mani II .
