Jonah Osabutey (born October 8, 1998 ) is a Ghanaian soccer player who is under contract with Werder Bremen but is loaned to Royal Excel Mouscron .

He came to Bremen as a youth player from the Ghanaian club Tema Youth FC during the winter break of 2016/17 . He played his first game in the A-Juniors Bundesliga on February 19, 2017 at Holstein Kiel . In the following eight games he scored eight goals and contributed to the non-relegation of the team. In the last season game of Bremen's U23s in the 3rd division , Osabutey was substituted on in the 80th minute in the game against VfR Aalen with a score of 0-0, when Bremen still needed a goal to keep the league , which was then scored by substitute Dominic Volkmer . For the 2017/18 season he moved up to the third division squad. Before the start of the season he injured his knee and was out of the whole series. After suffering an injury to his inner ligament at training camp in early 2018, he had to take another break. On April 29, 2018, he came on as a substitute in the 77th minute of the away game at Rot-Weiß Erfurt and scored the goal for Werder's 2-0 lead.

For the 2019/20 season, Osabutey was loaned to Belgian first division Royal Excel Mouscron with a subsequent purchase option .
