Jonas Schlagowsky

Jonas Schlagowsky (* 1987 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German actor.

Jonas Schlagowsky grew up in Sillenstede and found acting in the Theater AG of the Mariengymnasium Jever . After graduating from high school, he studied acting at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main .

During his studies he played Richard in the DNA of Dennis Kelly at the Schauspiel Frankfurt, directed by Robert Schuster . This production was awarded the Günther Rühle Prize 2011 for the best acting ensemble performance at the Young Actors Week in Bensheim. In addition to the Schauspiel Frankfurt, Jonas Schlagowsky has also made guest appearances at the Landesbühne Marburg , the Theater Heidelberg , and the Schauspielhaus Zurich, where he worked with Christian Stückl . Jonas Schlagowsky started his first permanent engagement in 2012 at the Saarland State Theater . Since the 2013–2014 season he has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar , where he appeared in roles such as Ferdinand from Kabale und Liebe and Malvolio from Was Ihr wollt .

In 2014 Jonas Schlagowsky had a leading role in the episode in the Saarbrücken crime scene Adam's Nightmare .

Since 2014 he has been working again with Robert Schuster in the Weimar productions Mephisto , Hamlet (title role), Kula - to Europe and Malalai - the Afghan maiden of Orléans .
