Jonas Struck

Jonas Struck Larsen (born September 28, 1972 in Denmark ) is a Danish composer .

Life

Jonas Struck studied music at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music . At the end of the 1990s he founded a band together with Pernille Rosendahl, Tim Christensen and Emil Jørgensen, which was transformed into Swan Lee in 2001 . After several national successes, the band broke up in September 2005.

Struck made his debut a year later with the drama Endstation Prag, directed by Ole Christian Madsen , as a composer for a feature film. Before that he composed the music for some documentaries. Struck was able to establish himself as a film composer and was nominated as best composer for a Robert for Spies & Glistrup , The Idealist - Secret Files Greenland and QEDA .
