Jonas meadows (* 18th July 1996 ) is a German helmsman in rowing .

Jonas Wiesen drove the four with helmsman at the U23 World Championships in 2013 and received the bronze medal. In the same year he competed with Paul Schröter and Bastian Bechler in two with helmsman at the rowing world championships in the adult class and won the silver medal behind the Italian boat. In 2014, Wiesen won the World Cup regatta in Lucerne with Peter Kluge and Alexander Egler . After fourth place with eighth at the U23 World Championships, he won bronze at the World Championships in Amsterdam with Kluge and Egler behind the New Zealanders and the British. In 2015, Jonas Wiesen won the U23 World Championships with eighth place. At the 2015 World Championships he competed with Jakob Schneider and Clemens Ernsting , the two won silver behind the British boat. In 2016 the eighth driven by Wiesen took third place at the U23 World Championships, in 2017 the eighth came in fifth. At the 2017 World Championships , the last time there was a competition in the boat class two with a helmsman, the German boat with Malte Großmann , Finn Schröder and Jonas Wiesen received the bronze medal behind the Hungarians and the Australians.

The 1.69 m tall Jonas Wiesen belongs to the rowing company Treis-Karden 1969 .
