The Jondaltunnel is a traffic tunnel in Norway . The single-tube road tunnel is located between Torsnes in the municipality of Ullensvang and Nordepollen / Mauranger in the municipality of Kvinnherad in Fylke Vestland, Norway .
The tunnel along the Fv 117 is 10,050 meters long and with the Folgefonn tunnel shortens the winter-safe routes on the Folgefonn peninsula by around 40 kilometers. The plan is to expand this route to the main route (Fv 134) between Oslo and Bergen . Currently (2014) and until further notice, the condition of the Fv 117 is too bad for the main route.
