Jordan Leigh Angeli (born May 31, 1986 in Englewood , Colorado ) is a former American soccer player who was last under contract with the Western New York Flash in the 2015 season.
Career
society
Between 2010 and 2012 Angeli played for the franchise of Boston Breakers in the WPS or WPSL Elite , being the first game 2011 season a torn ACL drew upon and then no longer was used in official matches. In February 2013 she was signed in the third round of the Washington Spirit franchise in the so-called Supplemental Draft for the newly founded National Women's Soccer League at position 17 , but was released again before the first game of the season.
Before the following season in 2014 , Angeli again took part in trial training sessions with the Washington Spirit and received another contract. Her NWSL debut on April 13, 2014 was her first competitive game since her cruciate ligament rupture more than three years earlier. For the 2015 season she moved to league competitor Western New York Flash , where her contract was terminated in July 2015 after only three short appearances. As a result, Angeli ended her career.
National team
Angeli was a member of the US U-20 national team and took part with this in the 2006 World Cup, where she was used in all six games of the US team.
