Jordan Horowitz

Jordan Horowitz (born April 10, 1980 in New York City ) is an American film producer. He was best known as one of the producers for the film La La Land , for which he received an Oscar nomination in the category Best Picture in 2017 with his co-producers Fred Berger and Marc Platt . He also received an award for the film at the 2017 Golden Globe Awards in the " Best Picture - Comedy / Musical " category . His production activity began in 2010 with the film The Kids Are All Right . In his next film, Meet Monica Velor , he also played a small role as a porn director .

In 2017 he was accepted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), which awards the Oscars every year.
