Jorge Betancourt García (born February 13, 1982 in Matanzas ) is a Cuban water diver . He starts in artificial jumping from the 1 m and 3 m board and in 3 m synchronized jumping.

Betancourt has so far participated in two Olympic Games . In 2004 in Athens he reached 21st place on the 3 m board and was fourth with Erick Fornaris in the 3 m synchronized jumping. In 2008 in Beijing he was 19th on the 3 meter board.

At the World Swimming Championships , he achieved his best placement in singles in 2007 in Melbourne when he was 11th from the 3 m board. In the 3 m synchronized jumping his best result is a fifth place with Fornaris 2005 in Montreal .

At the Pan American Games in 2003 and 2007 he won silver in the 3 m synchronized jumping with Fornaris.
