Jorge Humberto De Belaustegui

Jorge Humberto de Belaustegui (born April 11, 1951 ) is a former Argentine diplomat .

Life

Jorge Humberto De Belaustegui is the son of Mercedes Lía Martin Sastre de Belaustegui. He married Carmen Saadi Herrera the sister of Efrain Julio Saadi Herrera, from October 13, 1989 to October 16, 1992 Director del Yacimientos Mineros Agua de Dionisio

In 1972 he studied engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina Santa María de los Buenos Aires .

In 1984 he was employed by the Sistema Nacional de Información en Ciencias Agropequarias (SNICA). In 1985 he worked for the Banco de la Provincia de Catamarca and headed the Asociación de Bancos Públicos y Privados de la República Argentina .

From 1987 to 1989 he was ambassador to Tegucigalpa . From 1990 to 1994 he was ambassador to Cairo . Under his aegis, INVAP sold the Experimental Training Research Reactor-2 , (ETTR-2) with 22 megawatts (unit) of power as a replacement for the Experimental Training Research Reactor-1 created by Atomstroiexport in 1958 at Inshas. (ETRR-1) 2 MW light water reactor .

From 1994 to 2003 he was ambassador to Athens .

From 2004 to 2012 he coordinated the financing of the Proyecto de Transporte Urbano de Buenos Aires, in which the World Bank was also involved.
