Jorge Larena (born September 29, 1981 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria ) is a Spanish football player.

Jorge Larena began his career with the UD Las Palmas second team . The sprinting midfielder was quickly called up to the first team and he grew with his tasks. This led to Atlético Madrid signing him in 2002. There, too, he was able to play a large number of games until Star after Star was bought at Atlético in order to be able to keep up with the big teams like Real Madrid or FC Barcelona . Jorge Larena saw that his chances of getting a regular place were slim and so he moved to the then promoted Celta Vigo . Larena descended with the Galicians in 2006/07.

From 2008 to 2011 Jorge Larena played again for his home club, the second division UD Las Palmas . On January 31, 2012, Jorge Larena started with the second division SD Huesca after he had trained for six months at UD Las Palmas to keep his form.
