José Alberto Benítez
José Alberto Benítez Román (born November 14, 1981 ) is a former Spanish cyclist .
Athletic career
José Alberto Benítez began his cycling career in 2005 with the small Spanish Continental Team Spiuk , for which he won a stage in the Vuelta Ciclista a León. In 2006 he switched to the Spanish ProTeam Saunier Duval-Prodir . He won two stages of the Vuelta a México for this team and completed four Grand Tours . He ended his career in 2011 with the Andalucía Caja Granada team
