José Cortaberría , full name José Carlos Cortaberría Gasso , (born August 30, 1990 in Santa Lucía ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
The 1.91 meter tall goalkeeper Cortaberría was in the squad of the first division Racing Club de Montevideo at least since the Apertura of the 2012/13 season, but was not used during the season. In the 2014/15 season, Club Atlético Torque was his employer. There he played ten games in the Segunda División . At the beginning of October 2015 he moved to Rocha FC . By the end of the 2015/16 season, he has made 21 appearances in the second division with the East Uruguayans. In July 2016 he joined the Club Atlético Atenas . In this career station, however, he was not used in any competitive game. At the beginning of March 2017, the league competitor Cerro Largo FC signed him . So far (as of August 15, 2017) there have been no further second division appearances for him.
