José Julia
José Cayetano Julia Cegarra (born July 1, 1979 in Cieza ) is a former Spanish cyclist .
José Julia started his career in 2002 with the Spanish cycling team Kelme-Costa Blanca . In 2002, after the Tour de l'Avenir and Paris – Tours races, José Julia was suspended for six months for doping with corticosteroids and was fined 2000 Swiss francs. He celebrated his first successes in 2004. He only won one stage of the Tour of Portugal . In the Vuelta a España , he decided the 16th stage from Olivenza to Cáceres before Tadej Valjavec and Danilo Di Luca for himself.
