José Gregorio Osuna (born December 12, 1992 in Trujillo , Trujillo ) is a Venezuelan baseball player . He has been playing for the Pittsburgh Pirates in Major League Baseball (MLB) as an outfielder and first baseman since 2017 .
Career
Osuna signed a free agent contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates in December 2009. The Pirates added him to their 40-man roster after the 2016 season in. The Pirates promoted Osuna to the Major League on April 18, 2017. He scored his first MLB hit on April 21 against CC Sabathia .
