José began to write his first songs.

In 2008 he joined the Hot Banditoz, with whom he replaced Silva Gonzalez who had left the band until the band broke up in 2010 . In 2010 he translated the title I Can't Stop Feeling into Spanish for the band Queensberry .

Together with Matthias Haß , Valdes worked on his first German hit album Mein Leben - Mi Vida , which was released by Ariola in 2014 .
