José dos Santos Bucar (* in Ainaro , Portuguese Timor ), fighting name Naimori (Nai Mori) , is the head of the East Timorese ritual arts group Korka (KORK) and a founding member of the political party Kmanek Haburas Unidade Nasional Timor Oan (KHUNTO).

Korka has around 10,000 members and has repeatedly been involved in violent conflicts with other groups. In 2005 Naimori was sentenced to three years and two months in prison for gang fighting and arson. He himself later stated that he had been held responsible for the actions of his Korka members and that he was not involved in the violence. In 2007 Naimori was waived the remainder of the sentence by a decree by President José Ramos-Horta . The government later regulated the operation of martial arts groups. In 2011 Korka received an official license to practice martial arts .

In 2011 Naimori was one of the co-founders of the KHUNTO party. His wife Armanda Berta dos Santos became party leader, while Naimori acts as the party's official advisor. Naimori took part in the coalition negotiations with FRETILIN after the parliamentary elections in East Timor in 2017 . In the 2018 parliamentary elections , Naimori took over the leading role of the KHUNTO in election campaign events of the Aliança para Mudança e Progresso (AMP), although he himself did not appear on the electoral lists.

Naimori has been a member of the State Council since 2018 .
