Armanda Berta dos Santos (born October 11, 1974 in Maloa, Ainaro , Portuguese Timor ) is an East Timorese politician. Since the party was founded in 2011, she has been the chair of the Kmanek Haburas Unidade Nasional Timor Oan (KHUNTO). Santos has been Minister of Social Affairs since 2018 and Deputy Prime Minister since 2020.

Santos is the wife of José dos Santos Naimori Bucar , the leader of Korka , a ritual arts group in East Timor .

Santos holds a Masters degree in Government Management.

In 2017, after the parliamentary elections on July 22nd, she moved into the national parliament as the party's list leader . Here she was Vice-Chair of the Commission for Infrastructure, Transport and Communication (Commission E) and a member of the Commission for Economy and Development (Commission D) and the Administrative Council of Parliament. In the early elections in 2018 , she was third in the Aliança para Mudança e Progresso (AMP), to which KHUNTO also belongs, and came back to parliament. On June 22, 2018, Santos was sworn in as Minister for Social Solidarity and Inclusion, which is why she automatically had to give up her seat of parliament.

On May 29, 2020, Santos was sworn in as Deputy Prime Minister in addition to her ministerial office.
