Josef-Retzer-Strasse 49/51/53/55
The building at Josef-Retzer-Straße 49/51/53/55 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built between 1920 and 1925. The tenement group in the reform style is a protected architectural monument .
The three-storey Mansard walmdachbau with curved dormer on transit and flat bay windows was designed by Ludwig Zeller (house no. 49) and the brothers Ott built (no. 51/53/55). Each floor consists of two small apartments, which, according to the original plan, consisted of a kitchen-living room, one or two rooms and a toilet.
