Josef Dirnbeck

Josef Dirnbeck (born January 5, 1948 in Rotenturm an der Pinka , Burgenland ) is an Austrian Catholic theologian, book author and theater director.

Dirnbeck became known as the author of contemporary meditation texts (“ I began to pray ”, 1973). Dirnbeck is a member of the Austrian PEN Club . He mainly writes critical and humorous books and plays. He currently lives in Nuremberg .
