Josef Faist (born April 23, 1950 in Gratwein ) is an Austrian educator.

Life

He attended the Gratwein elementary school from 1956 to 1960 and the Episcopal Gymnasium in Graz from 1960 to 1968 . After graduating from high school on June 14, 1968, he studied theology in the seminary at the KFU Graz from 1968 (until 1970) and in this context youth group work in the Graz Marienpfarre with chaplain Wolfgang Pucher, restructuring of the youth group Graz, establishment of the "action team of the kjs -graz ", 1st team leader.
