Josef Heid

Josef Heid (born November 17, 1882 in Stühlingen ; † December 21, 1944 in Dachau concentration camp ) was a German politician and member of the Baden state parliament .

Life

The revision inspector Josef Heid was from 1929 to 1933 as a representative of the Social Democratic Party of Germany member of the Baden state parliament . He was responsible for the constituency of Villingen . In 1933 Heid was in " protective custody " for several months , including in the Heuberg concentration camp . Then he relocated to Bruchsal . In the Gewitter action on August 22, 1944, he was arrested and again in protective custody. Heid had been a prisoner in the Dachau concentration camp since August 28, 1944 , where he died that same year.
