Josef Kaspar
Josef Kaspar (born March 13, 1902 in Vienna , † April 28, 1978 in St. Pölten ) was an Austrian politician of the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).
education and profession
After attending elementary and community school , he attended a technical school and state trade school and learned the profession of bricklayer and construction technician . He later became the state secretary of the Austrian Workers' Association (ÖAAB) Lower Austria .

- Member of the municipal council of the city of St. Pölten
 - Member of the regional party presidium of the ÖVP Lower Austria

- May 18, 1961 to October 19, 1969: Member of the Federal Council ( IX. , X. and XI. Legislative periods), ÖVP
 
Others
In 1938 Josef Kaspar had to serve a political prison sentence and was in police custody.
