Josef Lutz (politician, 1912)

Josef Lutz (born October 15, 1912 in Elversberg ; † January 12, 1963 ) was a German SPD politician .

After completing his commercial apprenticeship, Lutz was appointed Sparkassenamtmann in St. Ingbert . After he ran unsuccessfully for the Bundestag on the Saarland state list of the SPD in 1957 , he moved into the Saarland state parliament after the state elections in 1960 . There he was a member of parliament and chairman of the committee for rules of procedure and immunity until his death.
