Josef Putz

Josef Putz (born March 17, 1884 in Dobersdorf ; † January 15, 1948 in Graz ) was an Austrian mill owner and politician ( CS ). Putz was married and from 1922 to 1923 a member of the Burgenland Landtag .

Putz was born as the son of the mill owner Johann Putz from Dobersdorf. After primary school, he attended the lower secondary school in Sopron and subsequently graduated from the commercial academy in Zalaegerszeg . After graduating from high school in 1904, Putz did his military service between 1914 and 1917 during the First World War and in 1920 took over his father's mill. Putz was involved in the Christian Social Party and was sworn in as a member of the Burgenland state parliament on July 15, 1922. Putz represented the Christian Social Party in the state parliament until November 13, 1923.
