Josef Bernhard Schwab (born March 23, 1865 in Uffenheim / Middle Franconia, † July 16, 1940 in Berlin ) was a German journalist .

Life

From 1888 to 1893 he studied political science at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich under Lujo Brentano, among others . From 1918 to 1931 he was editor and head of the foreign policy department of the Berliner Tageblatt .

Josef Schwab was married to the writer Marie Köglmayr . One of her sons was the physical chemist Georg-Maria Schwab .
