Josef Wachter
Josef Wachter (born January 28, 1877 in Deutsch Schützen ; † January 8, 1941 ibid) was an Austrian farmer and politician ( CS ). From 1927 to 1930 he was a member of the Burgenland Landtag .
Life
Josef Wachter was born as the son of the farmer Stefan Wachter in German Schützen. He attended elementary school and subsequently worked as a farmer.
Josef Wachter was married to Maria (* February 23, 1882 in Deutsch Schützen; † April 5, 1961 ibid). The marriage had nine children.
politics
Josef Wachter was involved in the Christian Social Party and was sworn in as a member of the Burgenland Landtag on May 20, 1927, in which he represented the Christian Social Party until he left the Landtag on December 5, 1930. Two of his sons, Franz Wachter and Felix Wachter , were also members of the Burgenland Parliament.
