Josef Wilhelm Hauser

Josef Wilhelm Hauser (* 15. January 1946 in Göppingen , † 12. August 1984 in Heilbronn ) was a German politician of the CDU and member of parliament in Baden-Wuerttemberg .

Life and politics

Hauser studied law in Bonn and Tübingen and then worked as a lawyer in Göppingen from 1978 .

He was chairman of the Junge Union in the district of Göppingen and from 1980 deputy district chairman of the CDU. On October 5, 1983, he replaced Roman Herzog in the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg . He represented the constituency of Göppingen there through the direct mandate . He was re-elected in the 1984 state elections.

On the evening of August 12, 1984, Hauser was killed in a train accident near Heilbronn-Klingenberg .
