Josefine Domes

Josefine Domes (born October 22, 1981 in Prenzlau ) is a German musician and actress .

Life

Josefine Domes gave her first and so far only appearance in front of the camera in 2002 in the German cinema production Große Mädchen nicht cryen . In addition to her acting participation in the role of Tessa, she also contributed musically to the film and composed two of the film's songs, Break A Broken Heart and It Was You . The director, Maria von Heland, provided the lyrics to the songs.

From 2002 Domes concentrated more on musical work and sang in different bands; In 2005 she founded the band Josefine und das Meer in Berlin together with the jazz pianist Bene Aperdannier . Pieces of the band can be heard on Blue Hour - Popjazz Made in Germany Vol.3 .
