Joseph arch
Joseph E. Bogen (born July 13, 1926 in Cincinnati , Ohio, † April 22, 2005 ) was an American neurophysiologist and neurosurgeon.
Bogen worked with Roger Sperry in split-brain research, specializing in the exploration of consciousness .
He was Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Southern California , Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles , (UCLA) and Visiting Professor at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).
