Joseph Fink , also Josef (born January 27, 1868 in Niederheimbach , † December 26, 1940 in Wiesbaden ) was a German politician ( center ).

Life

Fink was a master carpenter. He was later awarded the title of Honorary Master of the Wiesbaden Chamber of Crafts district . In 1893 he founded a carpentry shop with an attached funeral home in Saalgasse . In 1903 he and his company relocated to Frankenstrasse. The funeral home is still at this location today and is run in the fourth generation by his great-grandson Stefan.

During the time of the empire entered the center party. From 1900 to 1919 he was a city ​​councilor and from 1919 to 1923 magistrate in Wiesbaden . In 1923 he was awarded the Prussian Order of the Crown . In 1921 he was elected to the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until its dissolution in October 1933.
