Joseph Karl Maria Wunibald Thaddäus imperial heir of Waldburg-Zeil-Wurzach (born August 15, 1712 , † January 9, 1786 ) was provost of the cathedral in Cologne .

Zeil-Wurzach received a 1721 stipend and was canon 1731 in Cologne and in 1738 canon at St. Gereon (Cologne). Since 1756 he has held the office of cathedral choirmaster, the chapter of St. Gereon elected him in 1760 as its dean. A year later, in 1761, he was elected cathedral dean by the Cologne cathedral chapter, which meant that he had to give up the office of cathedral scholaster, but was now the "manager" of the Cologne cathedral chapter . In 1767, however, he exchanged the dean of the cathedral for the cathedral provost and in 1784 he rose from the monastery dean to provost in St. Gereon.
