Joseph Mostert
Joseph Mostert (born July 26, 1912 in Verviers ; † 1967 ) was a Belgian middle -distance runner who specialized in the 1,500-meter distance .
In 1936 he was eliminated from the Olympic Games in Berlin in the preliminary stages, and in 1938 he won silver at the European Athletics Championships in Paris .
