Josephine Techert (born May 15, 1986 in Potsdam ) is a former German handball player who last played for Bundesliga club Buxtehuder SV .

Career

Techert started playing handball at 1. VfL Potsdam . Her next player station was the Frankfurt HC , with whose A youth team she won the German championship in 2004 and 2005. In January 2007 she signed the second division SVG Celle . In 2009 she was promoted to the Bundesliga with Celle . After Celle was relegated from the Bundesliga again the following season, Techert joined Buxtehuder SV. With the BSV, the backcourt player was in the final of the German championship and the DHB Cup , but she failed in both finals at Thuringian HC . In the course of her career, her cruciate ligament tore a total of three times . After the 2014/15 season, she ended her sporting career.
