Josip Antonietti

Josip Antonietti (also Giuseppe Antonietti ; born October 28, 1832 in Arbe / Rab on the island of Rab , district Zara / Zadar , Dalmatia ; † April 11, 1898 ibid) was a member of the Dalmatian Parliament and the Austrian House of Representatives .

education and profession

Josip Antonietti was the son of the doctor Domenico Antonietti. After high school in Zadar, he studied law at the University of Padua , at that time part of the Kingdom of Lombardy-Veneto . In 1858 he received his doctorate in law (Dr. iur.). He began his career as a concept intern, from 1859 he was a clerk and from 1867 he was an adjunct at the financial procurator in Zara. In 1871 he became Finance Councilor in Ragusa, (former name of Dubrovnik in Dalmatia ). In 1873 he became a governor's council, in 1877 he became a councilor at the governorship in Zara, and in 1883 he retired .
