The Josola Glacier ( Bulgarian ледник Йозола lednik Josola ) is a 5 km long and 1.7 km wide glacier in the north of the Alexander I Island west of the Antarctic Peninsula . In the Sofia University Mountains, it flows north-northwest between Mount Braun and the Balan Ridge to the Palestrina Glacier .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after Lake Josola in the Rila Mountains in Bulgaria .
