Jotunheim Valley

The Jotunheim Valley is an elevated and largely ice-free valley in East Antarctica, Victoria Land . In the Asgard Range , it lies east of Wolak Peak and Utgard Peak . Saint Pauls Mountain rises at its head .

The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the valley in 1982, spelling incorrectly, after the Jötunheim , the "world of giants" from Norse mythology .
