The Utgard Peak is a 2050 m high and distinctive mountain in the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Asgard Range of the Transantarctic Mountains, it rises 1.3 km north-northeast of Wolak Peak .
The New Zealand Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1982 after Utgard , the "outside world" from Norse mythology.
