Jouko Parviainen (born March 4, 1958 in Kuopio ) is a former Finnish Nordic combined skier .

Parviainen achieved his first place in the points in a competition within the Nordic Combined World Cup on March 2, 1985 in Lahti , when he finished tenth in a Gundersen competition on the normal hill with a subsequent cross-country distance of 15 kilometers. His best result in this competition series was a fourth place on 13 December 1986 at the Canadian Canmore . He had already achieved the best placement in the overall World Cup in the 1985/86 season with 15th place. Parviainen took part in the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary , where he was seventh in the team competition together with Pasi Saapunki and Jukka Ylipulli .
